The event went really well - the group loved the hotel, the service, the buffet and the late night snacks. They also really loved their rooms! We don't often do events in Manchester, but when we do, we are sure to use The Lowry Hotel as it is hands down the best hotel in Manchester and offers exactly what we need.

Everything was wonderful. The event was a great success and all the guests were very happy. The food was lovely and they were looked after not only throughout the event but through their entire stay. They said that it was the little touches that made a difference, for example they hold 9 of these events in the same time period and we were the only hotel that greeted the organiser – this was done by guest relations, an event planner and an operations manager.

One of the delegates said that they were not sure how this hotel compared to others in the city, but the service provided by the conference team was excellent and from experiences they have had with other hotels, they certainly got a different level of service from The Lowry Hotel.

Thank you very much indeed for all your work in preparation for our dinner last night.  I was persuaded to stay in the end and I'm glad I did because it was a most excellent evening and my hosts and guests were all very pleased with it.

The service, food and wine were all spot on so please pass my thanks and compliments to the chef, to Matthew and Paul and to all the bar staff who looked after us so well last night.
