Hotel Savoy has an exclusive private Lounge Room in our Restaurant L’Incontro that can accommodate up to 25 people for a seated dinner and up to 35 people for a standing cocktail/buffet. The L’Incontro Bar & Restaurant can also host your reception, with its beautiful windows overlooking the Piazza della Repubblica and its outdoor terrace.

For bigger events, we can collaborate with venues such as beautiful palazzi in the city centre, within walking distance from the hotel, or historic villas in the Tuscan countryside where beautiful lunches, dinners and cocktail parties can be organised.

Florence is considered one of the most romantic cities in the world, so book the church of your dreams in good time. The initial enquiry should be done around one year in advance for some of the most popular venues.

Although May and September are considered the perfect months to say “I do”, not everyone knows that months of April and October make for a more tranquil atmosphere and are also good value for money.
