Example menus:

“Segesta” menu: Involtini di gambero con pomodoro e caponata (roulade with traditionally cooked aubergine, tomatoes and capers), Pesce spada alla palermitana con spinaci e patate (sword fish with spinach and potatoes), Tiramisu al marsala dolce (sweet marsala tiramisu).

“Selinunte” menu: Caponata e acciughe di Sciacca (traditionally cooked aubergine, tomatoes and capers with Sciacca’s anchovies), Busiatino con carciofi e pesce spada (Busiatino pasta with artichokes and swordfish), Classico cannolo siciliano con fragile (classic cannolo biscuit with strawberries).
